• A THIRD is flushed down the drain
• Less than 4% is actually drunk

• Takes 1.2W of electricity • Creates 0.7g of carbon

Carbon Reporting is now mandatory for big companies. On 12 June 2013, the UK department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) laid before Parliament The Companies Act 2006 (Strategic Report and Directors’ Report) Regulations 2013, requiring around 1,100 of the UK’s largest listed companies to report their greenhouse gas emissions every year.

A single flushing urinal can cost £300* a year in water!

Looking at a large office building with several urinals on each floor, the scale of the waste is eyewatering, both financially and environmentally.

Perfectly good tap water is used to flush waste away. Every drop costs dearly and uses electricity to prepare, deliver and return.

How does it work?

To convert YOUR urinal to waterless, simply fit an Ecobug Extra Strong Urinal Cap in the drain.

If the fit isn't perfect, we provide a range of adapters to fit any urinal.

SWITCH OFF THAT FLUSH!

To work properly, caps must be kept moist... No problem if the urinal is used every day. If not, we can help.

* Assumes a 3 litre flush every 15 minutes, at £3/m3, and 1.2kW of energy to clean 1m3 of drinking water, creating 0.7kg of CO2
